Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept all major credit or debit cards, online transactions are handled by our chosen payment service provider PayPal.

You may cancel your order within 28 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation.  We aim to respond to all complaints within 3 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

Regarding orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'. To have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being shipped out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage.   Your statutory rights are not affected.

Shipping and Handling

Postage and shipping costs are FREE for all UK delivery addresses. 
We are happy to post orders to a different address other than that of your home address - please note that this does not apply for orders shipped to an international destination.

All orders are posted using Signed-for delivery service, either Royal Mail or courier. This means that you must sign for your order at the point of delivery.  The are no exceptions to this rule, so please do not ask!

Delivery Schedule

Please allow 2 days for order processing and up to 28 days for delivery. 
Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days. 
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order. 

Returns Policy

Faulty Goods can be returned to us within 30 days of invoice for replacement. Returns will not be accepted without a prior authorisation number (RMA NUMBER). Defective goods will be replaced with equivalent products should the original product be out of stock.
Contact us by e-mail with full description of fault to request an RMA number and return address.

1. The Return must be made within 14 days from the date of issue of the RMA number, otherwise the RMA number will be void and the product will not be accepted. Once you have a returns number please return the product.

3. Goods will not be accepted unless clearly marked with the RMA number.

4. Warranty will be void unless returned in original packaging

5. Failure to provide the fault description will result in the request being rejected. "Faulty" will not be accepted. Only genuine manufacturing faults will be accepted, products that are returned due to customer abuse will be rejected.

6. Returned goods will only be credited or refunded if they cannot be repaired or replaced by a similar product.

7. All products will be inspected for shortages; these will be noted and deducted in the case of a credit/refund.

8. All products will be inspected for damage, in the case of a credit; no credit will be given for damaged goods caused by customer abuse.

Tax Charges

All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.

We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing the highest possible quality of service. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and according to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

Information collected; We collect the information you supply to us through enquiry and registration forms and every time you e-mail us. We also collect information automatically about your visit to our site. The information obtained in this way is only used in aggregate form and as such cannot be used to identify you. This aggregate information is used to build up marketing profiles aid strategic development and audit usage of the site. We do not send out any unsolicited marketing material to any of our customers
